Trade-in Information
As a courtesy, From Car to Finish will look up the value of any used vehicle from 1989 or later. We do not discuss your trade-in with any dealer we call. We simply look up a rough average of the vehicle’s value based on your description below. The actual amount a dealer will offer can only be determined once they physically see your vehicle. The report you receive for your used vehicle will contain two figures. One is pricing based on if you trade in your vehicle to a dealer. The second is pricing for your vehicle if you sell it directly to a private buyer or a dealership other than the one you’ll be purchasing your new vehicle from.

From Car to Finish lowest price guarantee / refund policy
1) From Car to Finish only negotiates new vehicle purchases, and only guarantees the lowest selling price on a new vehicle purchase. The Paid Service and lowest price guarantee shall not apply to a lease. If a customer chooses to lease a vehicle after using the Paid Service, customer relinquishes all rights to a refund under the lowest price guarantee. This is automatically understood by the customer when they click the check box on the From Car to Finish order form stating they have read the From Car to Finish terms of service.
2) In order to be eligible for the lowest price guarantee, a customer must request a refund in writing within thirty (30) days after the From Car to Finish dealer quote summaries have expired, and provide the following:
1. Legible complete new vehicle purchase sales contract
2. Legible copy of vehicle window sticker (MSRP), and ANY addendum stickers a dealer may have added to the vehicle you purchased.
3. Legible copy of all rebates or incentives a customer received towards the vehicle in question.
4. Legible signed statement that they did not use the From Car to Finish report in any manner to receive a lower price on a purchase of a vehicle.

If a customer had more than one vehicle shopped, they must include all of the above information for EACH vehicle they wish to request a refund on for consideration of as refund. Failure to do so automatically invalidates consideration of a refund. Additionally, refund amount for each vehicle that is eligible for a refund would be limited to the total service fee charged for all vehicles shopped divided by the number of vehicles shopped. For example, if a customer paid to have two vehicles of the same brand shopped, they would be charged $249 plus $124, for a total of $373. Therefore, the refund for each vehicle eligible for a refund would be limited to $186.5 per vehicle ($373/2) .
Failure to provide such information automatically invalidates a customer's right to a refund under the lowest price guarantee. Additionally, the lowest price guarantee is limited to the service fee applicable to the exact year, make, model, and style of the particular vehicle for which From Car to Finish shopped, less a $10 credit card processing fee.
Prior to providing a refund, From Car to Finish reserves the right to verify the information provided by the customer.
This is automatically understood by the customer when they click the check box on the From Car to Finish order form stating they have read the From Car to Finish terms of service.
3) If a customer uses the From Car to Finish price report in any manner to receive a lower price on the purchase of a vehicle, it shall automatically void the lowest price guarantee. The customer understands this, and From Car to Finish reserves the right to use any means at our disposal to verify this once a refund is requested. The lowest price guarantee shall be void and without recourse if it is found that a customer got quotes from a dealer outside the general metropolitan area that From Car to Finish has shopped and use them as leverage with dealers in the area From Car to Finish has shopped. This area is defined as the greater metropolitan area the customer had From Car to Finish shop in, or the nearest 4 dealers if in a rural area. This is automatically understood by the customer when they click the check box on the From Car to Finish order form stating they have read the From Car to Finish terms of service.
4) Any previous existing relationship a customer may have with any employee at a dealership they are considering buying a vehicle from shall not be taken into account nor preserved if they utilize the From Car to Finish paid service. This is automatically understood (but not limited to as a sole method) by the customer when they click the check box on the From Car to Finish order form stating they have read the From Car to Finish terms of service.
